Why do you CrossFit? I started doing CrossFit because of the variety of the movements it offers. As a result of the constantly varied movements I never get bored with what I am doing now. Because I work in an office I understand the importance of needing to move and being more active. I love to coach, because I like to see other people reaching their goals.
