Why do you CrossFit? I’ve always enjoyed being active, being part of a team, and learning new skills. CrossFit is the perfect combination of all of these. You are constantly challenged, you can noticeably track your progress, and the sense of community that you feel is second to none. It has also created the opportunity to help others reach their goals through instructing and cheering others on. The atmosphere is amazing!
