Why do you CrossFit?
I CrossFit for my mental and physical health. Being able to come in and shut my brain off and already know what I’m going to do. I also do it to set a good example for my son so he knows exercise is important to your mind and body. My favorite CrossFit movements would be tire flips, rope climbs, and clean and jerks. Outside of the gym, I love to just be outside. I spend a lot of time at the park or soccer/baseball fields, riding bikes, doing 5k/half marathon races or anything my son wants to do.
